Home Site/Plan Selection

During this process, buyer will work with onsite Sales Manager in choosing a home site and floor plan.

Step 1

Contract

During this process, buyer will work with onsite Sales Manager to lock in the desired home site and floor plan. Sales Manager will provide buyer and Buyer's Agent with copies of contract and addendums. Buyer will provide the onsite Sales Manager with a pre-approval from desired bank or proof of funds. Earnest money is due at the time of contract.

Step 2

Home Design Selections

Once buyer has been pre-approved for loan of up to 115% of base sales price and all structural options are finalized, Design Center will reach out to buyer to schedule two, four hour, design meetings. Buyer will have all design options complete within these two scheduled meetings.
Step 3

Pre construction Meeting

Once all design options are complete, a start package will be issued. The Project Manager and/or onsite Sales Manager will reach out to the buyer to schedule a preconstruction meeting. The Project Manager will review all selections, plat map, and builder plans based on the contract. This meeting will last approximately 1 hour.

Step 4

Frame Walk

Once framing is complete, the Project Manager and/or onsite Sales Manager will reach out to the buyer to schedule a frame walk. The Project Manager will go through all electrical and plumbing placements. This meeting will last approximately 1 hour.

Step 5

Builder’s Walk-Through

Your new home is almost complete. The Pinestone team will walk your home and do final touch-ups to make sure it is as close to 100% as possible, for your homeowner orientation.

Step 6

Homeowner Orientation

Congratulations! It is now time to walk through your new home. The Project Manager and onsite Sales Manager will do a homeowner orientation with the buyer, room by room. During this time, the Project Manager will review any outstanding items, warranty procedures, and closing procedures. *If you have elected to have a 3rd party home inspection, the report must be in the Project Manager’s hand no later than 24 hours prior to the Homeowner Orientation. All proper paperwork must be completed prior to a 3rd party home inspection.

Step 7

Final Walk

This walk will occur either the day before or the day of closing. This walk is to ensure all outstanding items have been completed and the home is ready to be closed.

Step 8

Closing

Buyer and Buyer’s Agent will attend closing at the elected Closing Attorney’s office. Buyer will receive their keys.

Step 9

30 Day Close

Approximately 30 days after closing, the Project Manager will reach out to the buyer to discuss any concerns the buyer may have.
